Markus Mattila

Markus Mattila is currently the SVP of Operations at Teleste. Markus previously worked at Nokia from September 1994 to January 2008 as a Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the MFR-fight program (Manufacturing Failure Rate) and Finland, China, Korean factory development program. Additionally, they helped to reduce MFR globally in conjunction with factories, business groups, technology platforms, and the test-development team. This work led to annual cost savings of 60 million euros.
