Marcin Pasternak

Marcin Pasternak is a QA Engineer at Telestream since October 2019, responsible for creating end-to-end tests in Cypress and Playwright, manually testing new features, and conducting exploratory testing, while collaborating closely with management and engineering teams to enhance service quality and user experience. Previously, Marcin served as a Technical Support Engineer at Telestream, where complex customer cases were resolved, new hires trained, and documentation produced. Experience also includes a role as Vantage Engineer at TELEVISION VERSIONING & TRANSLATION (TVT) LIMITED, where Marcin developed workflows and scripted enhancements, and various technical support positions at Telestream and Copper.io, focusing on customer support and software development. Marcin holds a Master's degree and Engineer's degree in Acoustical Engineering from AGH University of Krakow.
