Monserrat Ramírez

Monserrat Ramírez is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in both internal and external communication strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Communications at TelevisaUnivision since April 2019, Monserrat specializes in drafting press releases for the Vice Presidency of Technologies and overseeing project design and identity. Prior to this role, Monserrat worked as an Internal Communication Analyst at Grupo Chedraui from August 2013 to February 2019, where responsibilities included developing and implementing internal campaigns, executing media plans, and engaging in copywriting and design across various platforms. Monserrat holds a degree in Communication Sciences with a media specialization from Universidad Veracruzana, complemented by further studies in English language and cinematography, enhancing a diverse skill set in communication and visual storytelling.
