Manuel Giles Calleja

Manuel Giles Calleja is an experienced telecommunications professional with a diverse background in network services and operations management. Currently serving as a Supervisor for Network Services & Operations at TELMEX since April 2015, Manuel oversees service operations technicians and manages outside plant operations. Previous roles include Network Provisioning, Administration, and Network Management Engineer at Alestra, and Network Operations Center Coordinator at Consultoria y Asesoria de Redes. With extensive expertise in network planning, provisioning, and technical support, along with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Americana de Acapulco, Manuel has continually contributed to significant operational improvements and team leadership in various capacities within the telecommunications industry.
