Neville Brookes

Neville Brookes serves as the TSO NBN Capability Manager at Telstra, overseeing operational readiness for the NBN Co product since February 2000. Responsibilities include resolving daily operational issues and ensuring scalable processes. Previously, Neville held the position of Portfolio Manager for BigPond and Media, where strategic decision-making and stakeholder management were key functions. As Integration Lead, Neville focused on operational readiness and the development of training and support plans. In addition to work roles, Neville has contributed to academia as a Tutor in Communication and Information Systems at the University of South Australia since February 1999, mentoring students on business communication and information systems. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from the University of South Australia.
