Rafia Mahzabin

Rafia Mahzabin, MMgt., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Strategic Transformation at TELUS since August 2025, Rafia specializes in systems implementation, technology transformation, and project management within BCX Field Services. Previously, Rafia held the role of Senior Project Manager at the Transportation Investment Corporation, managing the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project, focusing on station design, QA/QC management, and stakeholder engagement. Rafia’s expertise in technology strategy and digital transformation was further developed at KPMG Canada, where a diverse range of sectors including public sector, agritech, and healthcare were served. Earlier experiences include positions at TransLink, TELUS, and Cymax Group Technologies, culminating in a strong foundation in commercial program management and operations. Rafia holds a Master of Management degree from the Schulich School of Business and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
