Esther Chia

Esther Chia has extensive experience in human resource management and staff capability development at Temasek Polytechnic, serving in various leadership roles since January 2011, including Director and Deputy Director positions across multiple schools. Prior to this, Esther worked as a Relationship Manager at Citi from 2006 to 2009. Esther Chia holds a Bachelor of Arts & Social Sciences (Hons) in Economics, Geography, and Sociology from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Arts in Media Practice from the University of Sydney.
