Jason Skippings has extensive experience in IT service delivery and management, currently serving as a Critical Incident Manager and Senior Service Delivery Manager at Temenos since August 2018, where responsibilities include managing services for public cloud clients and developing a service delivery team for core banking solutions in Azure. Prior to Temenos, Jason held various roles, including Support Hub IT Service Delivery Lead at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), Service Desk Manager at ABN AMRO Clearing Bank N.V., and IT Team Lead at Transfield Worley. Jason's earlier experience includes leadership and support roles at BankWest, Unisys West, Canning Vale Weaving Mills Ltd, and St John of God, highlighting a strong foundation in IT operations and support that began with a trainee-ship at Hamersley Iron.
