Wendy Chan

Wendy joined TNDC in 2000 and serves as Senior Director of Finance. She is responsible all aspects of TNDC’s corporate, property management and real estate development accounting, overseeing a staff of 10. With total assets of $1 billion and annual revenue of $80 million, TNDC’s accounting department manages the annual audits of the financial statements of 35 related entities in addition to TNDC.

Prior to joining TNDC, she was a Director of Finance at Community Housing Partnership in San Francisco and Controller at Jubilee West, a nonprofit low-income housing corporation in West Oakland. Wendy started her career in real estate finance and accounting in 1988, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Portland State University.
