Alessio Treglia

Alessio Treglia is the current VP of Engineering at Tendermint. Alessio has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Plentific Ltd, and before that, they were with Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in Global Markets Operations Technology. Alessio's responsibilities at Bank of America Merrill Lynch included designing processes and protocols for data acquisition, integration and reconciliation, as well as designing and implementing continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Alessio has also worked at Advancing Software Solutions, Ignite, FXCH Ltd., Commercio.Network and ALL IN BITS GMBH in various software engineering roles.

Alessio Treglia holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Aberdeen, a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Computer Software Engineering from Università degli studi Roma TRE, and a Secondary school certificate in Scientific studies from Liceo Statale A. Meucci in Aprilia. Alessio also holds a Certificate in music theory, solfege, and complementary piano from Conservatorio "Ottorino Respighi" in Latina. In addition, they have certification from Hitachi Data Systems in Administration and Operation of Hitachi NAS Platform.
