Maura Pincay-Jeffery

Maura Pincay-Jeffery is an experienced accountant with a diverse background in revenue accounting, cash operations, and financial management. Currently working at Tendermint since November 2019, Maura has previously held key positions including Revenue Accounting Manager at Coinbase and Cash Operations Manager at Airbnb, where notable achievements included leading the implementation of an automated reconciliation process. Other roles include managing accounts payable and improving financial procedures at Xoom Corporation and serving as a Compliance Officer at Fortress Investment Group, where extensive due diligence was conducted on a significant asset-backed lending portfolio. Maura holds a BS in Finance with minors in Accounting and Economics from Rochester Institute of Technology, complemented by studies in Economics at Syracuse University - Strasbourg.
