Oliver Carter

Oliver Carter is a seasoned professional in the field of business advisory, currently serving as a Senior Managing Director at Teneo since November 2025. Prior to this role, Oliver held the position of Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting from February 2012 to November 2025, where responsibilities included conducting Independent Business Reviews for lenders and sponsors of leveraged businesses and providing debtor side advisory. Oliver's experience also encompasses a managerial role at Duff & Phelps, focusing on the analysis of strategic options and working capital management for distressed businesses, and a secondment at Lloyds Banking Group, addressing the restructuring of non-performing loans.
