Felipe Ayrosa

Felipe Ayrosa is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, engineering, and operations within the automotive and powertrain sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Sales for Powertrain Americas at Tenneco since May 2018, Felipe drives strategic direction and revenue growth across the Americas. Prior roles include Director of Americas Sales and Profitability Controlling, Global Sales and Marketing Director for Valves, and Country Director in Brazil, among others, reflecting a strong track record in business development and process improvement. Felipe's career began with apprenticeships in product development and manufacturing engineering at Robert Bosch and Nortel Networks. Felipe holds a Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
