Susan MacChia

Susan Macchia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global mobility, compensation, and benefits management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Domestic Relocation - Americas at Cummins Inc. since June 2014, Susan has played a pivotal role in managing domestic and international relocation programs and expatriate assignments. Alongside this position, Susan holds multiple leadership roles within the Tennessee Relocation Council, including Advisory Board member, President, Vice President, and Logistics Co-Chair. Prior experience includes managerial roles at HJ Heinz, Axcess Financial Services, Chiquita Brands International, Lincoln Electric Company, and as an Executive Recruiter at Heidrick & Struggles. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services from Wright State University and has a solid foundation in executive financial planning.
