Ashton Davies

Ashton Davies currently serves as the Director of External and Regional Communications at the Tennessee Valley Authority, a position held since March 2021, after previously holding roles in strategic communications and media relations. Prior experience includes various communication roles with the United States Senate from March 2015 to March 2021, including Communications Director, Press Secretary, and Deputy Press Secretary, as well as a position in the Communications Department of the Republican National Committee from February 2014 to March 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Constituent Services with the United States Senate from April 2012 to February 2014. Ashton Davies holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed between 2008 and 2011.
