Jim Osborne

Jim Osborne has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, primarily with the Tennessee Valley Authority since 2003. Currently serving as the Manager of Environmental Field Services, previous roles include Air Permitting & Compliance Specialist and Sr. Program Manager for Policy Governance. Osborne also led a team focused on energy risk control and analysis from 2003 to 2009. Earlier experience includes a position as Branch Manager at EMPE from 1993 to 2000. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Decision Analysis from Emory University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
