Scarlett Graham

Scarlett Graham is currently serving as an Employee Communications Consultant at the Tennessee Valley Authority since October 2023. Prior to this role, Scarlett held various positions at Mohawk Industries from June 2015 to October 2023, including Communications Manager, Sr. Communications Specialist, and Sr. Logistics Recruiter. From August 2010 to June 2015, Scarlett worked at U.S. Xpress, Inc., where responsibilities included Fleet Manager and Experienced Driver Recruiter. Scarlett is pursuing a Master's degree in Corporate & Organizational Communication at Northeastern University, expected to be completed in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
