Chief Service Officer at Teradata
Dan Harrington is Chief Services Officer for Teradata, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He is responsible for leading Teradata’s Customer Services and Managed Services organizations and providing guidance and oversight of the company’s IntelliCloud™ and the Global Delivery Centers (GDC). These organizations deliver world-class support to customers around the globe in order to optimize and manage their Teradata ecosystem, provide a seamless experience for our customers regardless of their chosen delivery method: Teradata on premises, IntelliCloud in the cloud, or on premises. Dan brings experience in all facets of the business, including sales, services, marketing, and engineering and has held numerous leadership roles, including heading Teradata’s international sales and services organization, research, and development and worldwide marketing. Dan earned a master’s degree in business management and graduated with distinction from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Angelo State University, graduating summa cum laude.
