Jes Munk Hansen

Prior to joining Terma, Jes held a number of executive positions in Osram, including CEO for the Americas

region; CEO for Osram Sylvania; and Head of Osram Global Sales Function. During 2015-2017, he was

CEO of Ledvance, an Osram spin-off with an annual revenue of approx. EUR 2 billion. Osram, a former

Siemens company, is a global leader within semiconductor-based light solutions, primarily for the car and

electronics industries.

From 2000 to 2013, Jes Munk Hansen served in various global leadership roles at Grundfos, including

President and CEO of Grundfos North America where he led the establishment of a U.S. based R&D

organization and the acquisition and integration of several companies. Prior to his assignment in the U.S., he

was located in Switzerland where he was Group Senior Vice President and was globally responsible for the

business unit Dosing and Disinfection including the acquired Alldos group.

Jes Munk Hansen is a member of the board of Watts Water Technologies Inc. and WS Audiology (Widex

A/S). Furthermore, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI),

and a board member of the Danish Defence and Security Industries Association (FAD) and member of the

board of The Manufacturing Industry (FFI). From 2014 to 2019, he was a member of the Board of Governors

of NEMA.

Jes Munk Hansen holds a Master of Science degree in Forestry from Copenhagen University and an MBA

from London Business School.

Jes is married to Margaret, and they have 4 children together. He is currently pursuing a private pilot license

(PPL) and enjoys running, sailing, the outdoors, and hunting.
