Joann Xydis

JoAnn has been an integral part of TERRA’s success story, serving in a variety of roles. She started with the company as a recruiter, quickly became a top producer, and was promoted to Seattle Branch Manager in 2005. Her current role as Vice President of Corporate Services n is a critical role responsible for HR, risk management, enterprise business services, and ensuring organizational alignment to the company’s strategic initiatives and growth plans.

JoAnn’s work experience prior to TERRA included case management and recruitment of volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Also, while earning her degree at the University of Washington she worked at the campus career center counseling students on their job search.

JoAnn is a native of the Puget Sound area. In addition to her enjoyment of fitness and good food, JoAnn loves to travel. One of her favorite destinations is the Greek Island of Paros, that she and husband, Jason, visit as often as their busy schedules will allow. She has two children, Jonny and Joslyn.
