Florian Muche

Florian Muche is currently enrolled in a Dual Master's Program, pursuing M.Sc. degrees in Business Management at Edinburgh Napier University and Industrial Engineering at Fachhochschule Wedel. Florian is also serving as a consultant at Hanseatic Consulting, focusing on optimizing onboarding processes and managing IT carve-out and change management. Previously, Florian worked as a Logistics Engineer at Aurubis, where responsibilities included managing a new truck weighbridge project and leading railroad operations. Florian has a background in project management from ArcelorMittal, where a Yard Management System was implemented to enhance efficiency, alongside internships at UNITY and AUDI AG in various technical and supply chain roles. Florian holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden.
