Heather Moss

Heather Moss is a skilled professional with extensive experience in risk management, product development, and business operations within the banking and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Technical & Governance Manager for Pet & Travel Insurance at Tesco Bank since March 2023, Heather oversees risk profiling, control design, and reporting. Previously, as the owner of Baby Sensory West Lothian from April 2018 to January 2023, Heather managed all aspects of business operations, including marketing and finance. During a significant tenure at Tesco Bank from November 2009 to April 2018, Heather held various roles, including Customer Communications Manager and Savings Commercial Manager, where responsibilities encompassed risk culture embedding, product pricing, and regulatory compliance. Earlier experience as a Savings Product Manager at Lloyds Banking Group involved product management and relationship building. Heather holds an MA in Management and Marketing from Heriot-Watt University.
