Benjamin Ferrari

Benjamin Ferrari has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Benjamin is currently the Head of ESG Engagement and Strategy at Tesel. Prior to this, they were the Safetytech Accelerator Head of Strategic Engagement at Safetytech Accelerator. Benjamin also served as an Investment Committee Member at Commercialisation Reactor Seed Fund, where they were responsible for assessing and monitoring investments. Benjamin has also worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at Imprimatur Capital Ltd, overseeing the commercialization of high-growth opportunities. Before that, they co-founded and served as a Director at THE SCAPE TRUST, working to mitigate erosion of coastal archaeology in Scotland. Benjamin has also been an Investment Committee Member at Imprimatur Capital Fund Management, SIA. Benjamin has extensive experience in the climate and sustainability field, having served as the Chief Programmes Officer at The Climate Group, where they led the development of global low-carbon transition programs. Benjamin was also the Managing Director at Imprimatur Capital Ltd, responsible for IP discovery and evaluation. Benjamin started their career at the University of Surrey as the Director of Unis Direct Research and Enterprise Team, overseeing IP management and spin-out creation.

Benjamin Ferrari completed their education at the University of St Andrews from 1990 to 1994, earning a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree. The field of study for their degree is not specified. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained certifications as a Member in the Institute of Directors - London Region in January 2012, and as an HSE Pts III and IV and I Commercial Air Diver from The Underwater Centre, Fort William in December 1988.
