Natalya Perehonchuk

Natalya Perehonchuk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Natalya currently works as a QA Engineer at TestFort since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Namecheap, Inc for six years. During their time at Namecheap, Inc, they held various positions such as Full-time Support QA Representative, Shift/Team Leader, Shift Lead, Junior CS QA Representative, and Customer Support Representative. In these roles, Natalya was responsible for managing people, providing assistance with escalated cases, processing customers' requests in tickets and chats, and creating guidelines for the KnowledgeBase. Before joining Namecheap, Inc, they worked as an English/French Language Teacher at Kharkov Institute of Trade and Economics from February 2009 to June 2014.

Natalya Perehonchuk's education history includes multiple programs and courses. In 2004 to 2009, they pursued their Master's degree in Foreign Languages from Kharkov pedagogical University by H.S.
