Thais Nascimento

Thais Nascimento is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in process management and project implementation, currently serving as a Global Process Coach for Finance and Tax at Tetra Pak since December 2017. In this role, Thais manages leased assets processes, supports finance operations, and drives continuous improvements while collaborating with various teams across the organization. Previous roles at Tetra Pak include finance hub process driver for the Americas and project team leader, where Thais successfully led change management initiatives and achieved significant reductions in operational inefficiencies. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cervejaria Ambev, where responsibilities encompassed accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities.
