Caitlin Kelly

Caitlin Kelly, MS, MEP, serves as Vice President of Emergency Management and Risk and Resilience Operations at Tetra Tech since May 2012, contributing extensive expertise in emergency management through various roles, including Director of Emergency Management for Northeast Operations and Emergency Management/Hazard Mitigation Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as Hazard Mitigation Planning Coordinator and Training and Exercise Coordinator at the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management from 2010 to 2012, along with specialized roles at Tetra Tech EM Inc. from 2012 to 2017. Caitlin Kelly holds a Master of Science in Emergency Management and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology, both from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
