Edward Kelly

Edward Kelly, PE, serves as Vice President and Principal Project Manager at Tetra Tech, overseeing various aspects of business development, project controls, detailed engineering, and construction management for pipeline pump stations and terminals since January 2002. Previously, Edward held the position of President, Director, and Shareholder at Tetra Tech Engineering and Surveying, P.C., as well as Vice President in the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Engineer at American Innovations, where responsibilities centered on Pipeline Integrity Management, and Project Engineer at Rooney Engineering, Inc., managing engineering and procurement for pipeline projects. Edward's career began at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, focusing on pipeline and refined product distribution. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
