Ralph Molina

Ralph Molina currently serves as Deputy First Assistant Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General for Legal Strategy at the Texas Attorney General's office, a position held since May 2023. From August 2019 to March 2023, Ralph advised the executive team on a range of legal issues and represented university and state agency clients in various litigations. Ralph's extensive background includes roles as Special Counsel and Assistant Attorney General, achieving notable successes in employment, constitutional, and complex litigation cases. Ralph's legal journey began with a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Yale University, where leadership roles in mock trial and various organizations were undertaken. Prior legal experiences encompass internships and fellowships that involved trial preparation and legislative coordination.
