James Reaman

James Reaman is a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Texas Capital, having progressed through roles including Analyst II and Analyst since January 2023. Prior experience includes a position as Student Assistant to the Executive Director of Real Estate at Texas A&M University System, where James was instrumental in developing workflow organization through Smartsheet and training executive staff. Previous internships include a role at Texas Capital Bank as a Corporate Intern in Commercial Real Estate and an internship at Trinity Real Estate Investment Services, where James gained hands-on experience in closing real estate deals. James also served as the Director of Fundraising for STRIDES Non-Profit, focusing on creating scholarship endowments for students with intellectual disabilities. A graduate of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Real Estate.
