Akshara Viruthagiri

Akshara Viruthagiri is an incoming Deals Diligence Analytics Intern at PwC, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Texas McCombs School of Business. As a Teaching Assistant for the Intro to Data Science course, Akshara enhances the analytical skills of over 1,000 students while streamlining processes as a Student Program Coordinator at the Wealth Management Center. Prior experiences include forecasting revenue growth as a Financial Analyst at Air Products, analyzing economic data as a Legislative Aide for the Texas Senate, and participating in Goldman Sachs' Virtual Insight Series. In addition to academic roles, Akshara has taught over 50 students, improving their academic performance, and has engaged with corporate finance through the FTI Consulting Women in Corporate Finance Program. Akshara's educational background also includes a brief study at The London School of Economics and political science, contributing to a well-rounded perspective in finance and data analysis.
