Mark Vincent

Mark Vincent is an experienced law enforcement professional with a diverse background in policing and instruction. Currently serving as the Texas DRE Course Manager/Instructor at the Texas Municipal Police Association since October 2021, Vincent previously held the position of State Police Investigator with the Comptroller State of Texas from January 2020 to October 2021. With an extensive career at the Irving Police Department spanning from August 1989 to January 2020, Vincent rose through the ranks to Sergeant while overseeing the Special Operations Division/Traffic Section, including the Motorcycle and DWI units. Additionally, Vincent has served as an Instructor for LEMVI from November 1997 to January 2020. Vincent's education includes a degree from Texas A&M University/Law Enforcement Extension Service.
