Paula Brooks

Paula Brooks currently serves as the Administrative and Reception Coordinator at Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) since September 2025. Prior to this role, Paula worked as a Department Instructional Coach at Frisco ISD from March 2023 to September 2024, and held various positions including Education Professional and Education Specialist/Facilitator at Mesquite Independent School District from May 2019 to September 2023. Earlier experiences include working as an ISS Assistant and Special Education Assistant at Plano ISD from January 2011 to August 2014, and managing the Brooks Allstate Agency from August 2003 to November 2011. Paula holds a B.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies from Texas Tech University, completed in 2015, and an AAT in Associate of Arts in Teaching from Collin College, completed in 2014.
