Juanita Coleman is a seasoned professional in people development, having served as the Vice President of Training and People Development at Texas Roadhouse until retirement. Currently, they are the CEO of Life Leadership, where they continue to empower individuals to exceed their potential. With previous experience as Director of Training at Boston Market and Warburton's Bakery and Cafe, Juanita has played a pivotal role in opening stores, training managers, and developing employees throughout their career. They began their journey in training coordination at Bennigans and hold foundational education from Ahrens Trade.
