Alayshia Green

Alayshia Green currently serves as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting for Texas Tech Athletics, a position held since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Football Recruiting Intern at the University of Central Florida and Recruiting Coordinator at NCSA College Recruiting. Alayshia also worked as Guest Experience Manager for the Atlanta Hawks and held positions as Office Manager and Bookkeeper at RCX Sports. Additional experience encompasses Operations Coordinator for the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games, Marketing and Communications Intern for Florida Citrus Sports, and Graduate Assistant for the Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sports at the UCF DeVos Sport Business Management Program. Alayshia holds a Master of Sport Business Management and an MBA, both from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
