Ian Holmes

Ian leads the Finance and Accounting functions at Text IQ.

Prior to joining Text IQ, Ian led Financial Planning & Analysis at SiriusDecisions, a B2B tech-enabled services firm which was acquired by Forrester (NASDAQ: FORR).

Prior thereto, Ian spent a decade in investment banking, most recently as a principal at Centerview Partners, where he advised clients on M&A, Capital Raising, and Financial Restructuring.

Ian holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University.
