BACAER has led significant space project captures with stakes exceeding 1 billion euros, including the European Secure Space Connectivity System and Export Milsatcom Systems. Previously, BACAER held various leadership positions in marketing and sales, managing multinational teams and complex negotiations for high-stakes contracts with major telecom operators. BACAER's early career includes engineering roles at Dassault Aviation and Alcatel Contracting, focusing on avionics systems and telecom infrastructure projects. Academic credentials include a degree in Optical & Microwave Communications from Télécom SudParis and a DESS in Marketing from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
