Arnaud Tonnerre

Arnaud Tonnerre is a seasoned expert in Connectivity and Cybersecurity within the Commercial Aviation market, currently serving as Chief Engineer at Thales since October 2003. With a comprehensive background that includes leadership roles such as VP Chief Engineer and VP Technical Director, Arnaud has been instrumental in shaping various aviation connectivity solutions, including high-speed satellite internet and 5G communication systems. Previous experience includes managing Research & Innovation initiatives in Flight Avionics and overseeing the development of airborne communication systems for military applications. Arnaud also contributes to industry standards through positions at Seamless Air Alliance and has a solid foundation in Wireless Networks from work at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
