Bénédicte Juhel

Bénédicte Juhel has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Engineering and Digital Director for the Americas at Thales since March 2008. In this role, Bénédicte is responsible for fostering a community of Engineering Managers and Heads of Discipline to promote best practices and representing Thales engineering at various educational institutions and engineering societies. Previous roles at Thales include the establishment and management of a multidisciplinary engineering competence center for Defense & Security Canada, as well as responsibilities in project design, technical bids for sonar systems, and research to enhance sonar performance. Bénédicte holds a Master’s degree in General Engineering from Centrale Nantes and completed a Baccalauréat scientifique at Lycée du Parc. Bénédicte also undertook a family travel experience in America from August 2018 to October 2019.
