Christophe Bousquet

Christophe Bousquet is an experienced professional in the field of product management and research and development, currently serving as the Product Group and R&D Director for Physical Documents Security at Thales since February 2017. In this role, Christophe oversees the management and research initiatives related to ID and travel documents. Prior to this position, Christophe held various roles including ID Cards and ePassports R&D manager, leading teams designing polycarbonate ID cards and eDatapages for a diverse group located in three countries. Previous experience includes serving as Program Manager at Gemalto, focusing on contactless product development and industrialization, as well as holding positions at FASVER, ASK, Gilles-Leroux, and Gemplus, where responsibilities ranged from RFID product management to technology transfer. Academic qualifications include a BAC C in Science from Lycée Jean Moulin Pézenas and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUPMECA.
