Max Okabayashi

Max Okabayashi has a diverse work history, starting in 2015 as an intern for Congressman Mike Doyle. In 2016, they gained research experience as an intern at CropLife International and GRA Quantum. In 2017, they worked as a research analyst at RainKing Solutions, where they conducted business trend analysis and strengthened the company's data on German firms. Max also worked as a contractor at HireStrategy. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Senior Research Associate at Hanover Research, conducting secondary research on various industries and delivering reports with insightful recommendations. In 2021, Max joined The Health Management Academy as an Analyst, responsible for content creation, client management, and program surveys for the Academy IQ team. Max subsequently was promoted to Senior Analyst, where they lead operations and innovation for the team. Their responsibilities include research support, customer communications, process improvement, and dashboard development. Max also serves as the "Chief Fun Officer" and leads social events for the team.

Max Okabayashi completed a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from American University between 2013 and 2016.
