Roxana Caia

Roxana Caia is an Account Manager at The Academy since November 2023, previously serving as a Senior Account Executive at Halpern from July 2021 to October 2023. Roxana also held various roles including Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, and Junior Account Executive at Halpern, and worked as a Paid Intern at the University of Leeds, where responsibilities included coordinating a peer mentoring system and designing training sessions. Roxana served as Faculty Employability Student Representative at the University of Leeds, and as PGT School Rep for Media & Communication and School Representative at Newcastle University Students' Union. Additional experience includes roles as a PR Executive for the Ideo Ideis National Theatre Festival, PR and Summer Internships at communication firms, and founder of a youth narrative journalism magazine. Roxana holds an MA in International Communication from the University of Leeds and a BA in Media, Communication, and Cultural Studies from Newcastle University.
