Terry Taylor

Terry Taylor is currently the COO at The Access Group. Prior to this, they held various positions at Salesforce, Microsoft, Citi, and AT&T Mobile Tel. Terry has over 20 years of experience in customer success, strategic services, and partner programs.

Terry began their career at AT&T in 1995 as the Director of Business Development. In 1997, they became the Business Development Director at AT&T Mobile Tel. Terry then moved to Citi in 1998, where they launched Internet Banking and a new range of Personal Loans and Credit Cards in the UK.

In 2000, Terry joined Microsoft as the Director Enterprise Solution Sales. Terry spent 11 years at Microsoft in this role before moving to Salesforce in 2011. At Salesforce, they were responsible for all customer success, Strategic services, and partner programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

In 2015, Terry left Salesforce to join The Access Group as their Chief Customer Success Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's customer success strategy and executing on their vision of becoming the #1 customer-focused software company.

Terry Taylor has a Bachelor Arts Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Central Lancashire. They also have certification from The Access Group in Customer Success Leadership and Salesforce Training in Salesforce Admin 201.

Terry Taylor reports to Chris Bayne, CEO. Some of their coworkers include Steve Sawyer - Managing Director, Access Health, Support & Care, Rob Binns - CFO, and Henry Seddon - Managing Director, Hospitality Division.
