Wayne joined The Access Group in 2022 to support the Group’s global expansion.  Wayne brings a deep understanding of Data management and Intelligent data usage, Engineering enterprise systems, driving automation and process optimisation, and providing strategic leadership and direction to the Board. 

Wayne has a proven record of identifying business opportunities to be more effective and efficient, whilst inspiring and harnessing the performance of large teams, which enables streamlining of processes to deliver key information, supporting crucial business decision making delighting colleagues and customers.
