Sophia Nguyen

Sophia Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services and recruitment. Currently serving as Team Manager at Adecco since October 2023, Sophia leads a team of consultants specializing in permanent recruitment for the banking and financial sectors. Prior to this, Sophia held the position of Manager for Permanent Recruitment and Executive Search at ManpowerGroup Vietnam from March 2021 to August 2023, focusing on similar sectors. During the tenure at Shinhan Bank from December 2017 to March 2021, Sophia managed a portfolio of over 100 Private Wealth Management clients, providing tailored financial solutions. Earlier experience includes roles at ANZ, where responsibilities spanned from Relationship Manager to Customer Service Officer, and an internship at the U.S. Department of State. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
