Patricia Jordan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and product engineering, currently serving as VP of Enabling Processes & Technologies at Optum since February 2021, where strategic engineering roadmaps are developed to align technology with business objectives while enhancing product delivery and cost efficiency. Prior roles include Senior Director of Product Engineering and Senior Director of Client Support Services at The Advisory Board Company, where client support operations were optimized, and application technology initiatives were led to improve infrastructure and cost management. Patricia also served as DBA Manager at PTGI International Carrier Services Ltd, achieving significant reductions in infrastructure costs, and held various roles at Arbinet and Verizon Federal, focusing on database performance and financial systems enhancement.
