Nloh Masango-Dibo

Nloh Masango-Dibo is a strategic people partner with extensive experience in higher education and organizational strategy. Currently serving at The Aerospace Corporation since February 2022, Nloh advises executive and senior leadership teams within the Defense Systems Group, focusing on optimizing people performance and achieving business objectives. Previously, Nloh held various roles at Miami University, including Strategic People Partner and Director of the Student Center, where initiatives led to increased student retention and support services. Nloh also contributed to student recruitment efforts and diversity programs while at the University of Toledo and the University of Cincinnati. Nloh's academic background includes a Master's of Science in Health Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion and Health Education from the University of Cincinnati.
