Dominic Powell

Dominic Powell is an experienced journalist and editor with a strong background in financial and career reporting. Currently serving as Money/Careers Editor at The Age since July 2019, Dominic has previously held roles such as Money Editor and Retail Reporter. Prior experience includes Features and Profiles Editor at SmartCompany from July 2018 to July 2019, and Lead Journalist at StartupSmart from September 2017 to May 2018. Dominic began a career at SmartCompany as a Journalist from April 2016 to September 2017, following an internship at Gizmag in 2016. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Communication (Journalism) from RMIT University and completed the International Baccalaureate at Kardinia International College.
