Margaret Stepien

Margaret Stepien is a Senior Financial Analyst at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Margaret has over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax consulting, and has been self-employed since 2012. Margaret has a wide range of experience in both small businesses and large corporations. Margaret has helped businesses automate and restructure their back office and staffing, and has advised on hiring talent and training staff on new software. Margaret is also an experienced property manager, and has been running their own rental property business since 2012. In addition to their consulting and property management experience, Margaret is also a day trader, and has been managing their own capital for the past 8 years.
