Nikolos Oakley

Nikolos Oakley serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Asia Foundation since September 2025 and has been a Board Member at CORE Group since September 2021. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Global Communities from November 2024 to August 2025 and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at IntraHealth International from November 2020 to November 2024. Nikolos also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Project Concern International from January 2015 to November 2020 and has extensive experience at Lutheran World Relief in various financial roles from July 2003 to December 2014. Early career experience includes serving as a Research Fellow at Johns Hopkins University from August 2002 to June 2003 and as Deputy Director/COO at The Horizonti Foundation from January 1998 to July 2002. Nikolos Oakley earned a CAGS in Nonprofit Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Engineering from Georgia Technical University, specializing in the Economics of Construction.
