Margherita Carusi

Margherita Carusi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR management and integration. Currently serving as a Lecturer at 24ORE Business School, Margherita teaches a module on Post-Merger Integration within a Master in HR Management program. As an HR Post-Merger Integration Manager at JAKALA, Margherita oversees the integration of HR processes during mergers and organizational transformations. Additional roles include being an Aspen Junior Fellow with The Aspen Institute, a member of the First District Council of the City of Milan focused on culture and innovation, and co-founding Officine Italia, which promotes public policy and social change. Margherita also has experience in project management, business development, and innovation across various organizations, including Cariplo Factory and Il Cielo Itinerante. Margherita holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs and a Master's in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
